Duck Bill Lead Ball Bags in a Flat Bottom or Round Bottom Design.
Our lead ball bags are duck bill lead ball bags.
These duck bill lead ball bags are hand-stitched with flax thread.
These duck bill lead ball bags have a squeeze type opening made with a thicker leather at the top of the lead ball bags.
We have these duck bill ball bags in a round bottom style or in a flat bottom style.
The duck billed lead ball bags are antiqued.
We have both styles in three sizes of the lead ball bags made with vegetable tanned leather or goat skin.
The different coloring is due to the different kinds of leather, and the antiquing method that we use in hand making our lead ball bags.
The sizes for the round bottom lead ball bags is 4 1/2 inches long, the medium one is 3 5/8 inches long and the smallest is 3 inches long.
The sizes for the flat bottom are as follows: large:4 1/2 inches long; med: 3 3/4 inches long; and the small is 3 1/4 inches long.
The lead balls are not included but can be purchased separately .

We have two sizes of Flint Wallets. The regular size of flint wallet is 4″x6″. The larger flint wallet is 4″x7″ and is for 1″ flints. Our flint wallets are $25.00. Please specify which size you will need.

All of our Hand-forged Strikers are made by a local blacksmith.
All of our Strikers throw a great spark. Steve tries them all.
Our individual Hand-forged Strikers are made from 1095 high carbon steel. Our Flint and Steel Striker Kit is in a 4 inch tin. These hand forged strikers are make from file steel. Our Flint and Steel Striker Kit is perfect for boy scouts, girl scouts, a hunter or a camper.
Our Flint and Steel Striker Kit consists of a 3 inch to 4 inch hand-forged striker, a piece of flint, some hemp, and a small bag of char cloth.

Our leather frizzen covers are hand stitched with linen thread.
The frizzen covers are made from goatskin or vegetable tanned cow hide .
The frizzen covers also come with or without a hole to attach to your muzzleloader long rifle so you don’t lose the frizzen cover when you need to remove it to shoot your muzzleloader long rifle.
The frizzen cover is designed keep your frizzen dry on damp, rainy, or snowy days so you can get a good spark with your flint on your muzzleloader long rifle.
Specify if you have a handmade or a commercially made muzzleloader as the frizzens are known to be different sizes.

Cows Knees
Our Cows Knees are made from oil tanned cow hide. There is just one seam in the cows knee to make the cows knee to fit snuggly over the lock and frizzon area. The cows knee is hand stitched with linen thread.
We have added two lengths of leather string so you can either tighten the cows knee around your longrifle like a drawstring or you may tie the leather stings tightly around your longrifle.

Our gun cases will fit a long or short longrifle.

Heart shaped ends for on horn straps
We have three leather heart shape sizes to attach on the ends of woven straps. There is also a small leather tie included to attach the horn.
The sizes of the leather heart shapes are 1 3/8″ , 1 1/2″, and 2″.
The leather heart shapes have the holes punched for easier stitching onto the strap.
The coloring is due to the assorted leathers that we use.
Also is available a needle and waxed dark linen thread.
I will attach your strap for free if you wish.
I can do it for you at one of the gun shows listed above or by contacting me for contact information.
Any size of our leather heart shaped ends for a woven strap is $16.00 a set.
Please specify the small, medium, or large size. Or you may send your strap to me and I will decide which looks and fits the best.
